Women's Inclusive Leadership to Build a Green School

Abstract

This research aims to: 1) analyze the leadership behavior of environmentally minded women in an Islamic elementary school (MI DARWATA), 2) describe the managerial process of managing an environmentally minded school based on Islamic values, 3) formulate a conceptual model of environmentally minded women's leadership based on Islamic values. Islamic values. The research conducted at MI Darwata Maos used a qualitative approach with data collection methods using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The collected data was analyzed using the Interactive method from Miles & Huberman. There are 3 main findings related to the leadership practices of female school principals with an entrepreneurial environment and Islamic values: 1) female leadership behavior shows inclusive-participative-transformational leadership behavior; 2) the leader's managerial process in managing an environmentally friendly school through the stages: (a) planning.
