Abstract

The stock trading mechanism in the Islamic capital market is currently using an online system where in buying and selling Islamic shares transactions do not directly meet each other. The parties to the transaction only decide whether they will sell or buy a share. Through the intermediary of a securities trading company that has become a member of the stock exchange. The transaction occurs and the transaction is completed. For the services of securities brokerage companies as Islamic stock brokers, every transaction that occurs on the stock exchange floor there are several fees that must be paid by investors. One of them is a fee (ujroh) for its brokerage services. The nominal fee for each transaction is different, namely 0.15% for each buy transaction, and 0.25% for each sell transaction. The type of research used in this writing is a type of qualitative research through library research, data obtained from various primary and secondary sources (articles, books, journals, other sources) with a descriptive method. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that online stock trading transactions on the Indonesia Stock Exchange do not bring together directly between buying investors and selling investors. Each party authorizes (wakalah) to the securities trading company to carry out its stock transactions on the stock exchange floor on the orders (instructions) of investors who become its customers submitted through the sharia online trading system application.
