Abstract

In the current scenario Artificial Intelligence has played a pivotal role in the early diagnosis of diseases marking a revolution in healthcare assessment. The breakthrough technologies have amplified treatment efficacy, diagnostic accuracy, and clinical results. Every year nearly 600000 people lose their lives to HIV, hence raising a serious concern. Moving further in this direction, early diagnosis of the disorder is of great importance, to prevent further contamination. Assistance of AI in this field has the potential to bring about a huge change in HIV diagnosis and care. AI not just has the capability to bring forth improved diagnostic accuracy, but also can surpass human assessment of lateral flow assays. Hence, the role of Artificial Intelligence in this specific field is of great significance in the safeguarding of millions of lives all around world. To take a step forward in this direction we need adequate infrastructure which would also work as an investment done for the betterment of society.
