Dynamic System Model of STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan Governance (Study of Success Determining Factors)

STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan as a prominent Islamic higher education institution in the former Pekalongan residency, aims to understand the factors contributing to its governance success. This study analyzes the dynamic system model of governance at STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan, focusing on leadership, organizational culture, information technology, policy and regulations, stakeholder engagement, educational services, and financial management. The research objectives are to identify the key success factors and understand their interrelationships. Data were collected using structured questionnaires from administrators, faculty, staff, and students. Factor analysis was employed to identify the underlying constructs, and path analysis was used to examine the causal relationships between these factors. The findings reveal that leadership is a central element influencing organizational culture, information technology, policy and regulations, and stakeholder engagement. Organizational culture impacts educational services and financial management, while information technology and stakeholder engagement also significantly contribute to governance success. These results of this study provide a comprehensive understanding of the governance dynamics at STAI Ki Ageng Pekalongan and offer practical implications for enhancing institutional effectiveness.
