The Intersection of Emotional Intelligence & Artificial Intelligence

Abstract

Artificial intelligence is the most uttered word of the era which explains machine’s ability to information and convert it into actions that achieve specific objectives and tasks efficiently. Emotional intelligence signifies how an individual digest his own and other’s emotions and transmits adaptive responses displaying empathy. This study tries to strick the feasible space that accommodates artificial intelligence with emotions of humans. The information required for the study are pooled by referring the existing literature. The secondary sources used for data extraction are online research papers. As we progress the paper tells us the vibrant blend of machines and humans in workplace enhancing organisational outputs. The study reveals synergistic effect as resultant of the super combo: man, and machine.
