Abstract

The main purpose of this article is to know the contribution of Supply Chain Management (SCM) towards all Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by conducting Systematic Literature Review (SLR) methods. Based on SLR, 357 articles were extracted from the Scopus database during the period 2017 to 2024. The findings revealed that from 2017 to 2020 accounted for only 15% of the total articles, whereas from 2021 to 2024 accounted for a mammoth of 85% of the total articles. In terms of journal contribution, the Sustainability Journal contributed 37 articles; next to the Sustainability Journal, the Journal of Cleaner Production and the International Journal of Production Research contributed 16 and 13 articles respectively. All articles in our studies contribute to all SDGs in every aspect. From that, SDG 12 and SDG 9 contribute a greater number of articles, whereas SDG 5 and SDG 14 contribute a smaller number of articles. Out of these, 103 articles (12%) are contributed to SDG 9. Overall, the SCM contributes to all SDGs across the country, making supply chain management an important factor in determining the success factors of all SDGs.
